Our priority deadline is February 15, but we accept applications on a rolling application basis until each class is full. Wondering if your class is full? Don’t hesitate to email and ask us – email@example.com.

Let us get in touch with you and provide you with more information on VVS by completing the inquiry form.
STEP 2: APPLY – We are currently accepting applications
VVS accepts the SSAT Standard Application Online. Our priority application deadline is February 15th. After the February 15th deadline, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We will consider applications until enrollment is full, at which time students can apply for the waitlist. Interested students are encouraged to contact us. A complete application includes:

• Testing or Alternative Assessment
• School transcripts
• English teacher recommendation

• Principal or counselor recommendation
• Application fee ($50 for domestic applications/$75 for international applications)

STEP 3: VISIT CAMPUS OR SKYPE INTERVIEW
If you’re able to travel to Sedona, we invite you to spend the morning with us on campus – it’s a great way to see what your life at VVS would be like. We offer visits on Mondays and Fridays, starting at 10:00 am and ending just after 1:00. During a visit you’ll:
• tour campus
• attend a class with a VVS student
• interview with a member of the Admission Team
• have lunch with a group of students (mom and dad, you’ll have lunch with a group of teachers)
• join us for all-school Community Meeting
It’s a big and beautiful campus so please wear shoes that are comfortable for walking.
STEP 4: TESTING OR ASSESSMENT PORTFOLIO
We take a look at the whole student during the application process, and standardized tests scores are just one piece of the puzzle. However, our curriculum is a challenging one and we evaluate applicants from a variety of different schools and education systems, therefore standardized testing or our alternative assessment is required. Applicants for ninth, tenth and eleventh grades may submit results from SSAT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, TOEFL or TOEFL, Jr. Applicants can forgo standardized testing and submit our alternative assessment portfolio instead. Click below to access the Alternative Assessment Route explanation.

STEP 5: DECIDE
We email decision letters on or before March 10 to all applicants who meet the February 15 priority application deadline. Rolling admission applicants will receive decisions two weeks after the application is complete. Once you receive your acceptance letter you’ll have some thinking to do. The Admission Team and the VVS student you toured with are here to help you in making that decision. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you have. Priority admission replies are expected on or before April 10, and rolling admission applicant replies are expected two weeks after you’ve received your acceptance letter.
