Wendi Bell, ’86
VVS Foundation Board
Providing perhaps the most profound and lasting influences in her life, VVS is still very present in Wendi’s daily mindset and passion. After graduating in ’86, she moved to Hawaii for years and lived the aloha style. Returning to the mainland, Wendi attended NAU for a degree in aquatic biology and biochemistry, then moved to Wyoming to work with various environmental groups focused upon conservation of natural resources. Her roles covered water sampling, public land use, community outreach and extensive fundraising. Eventually switching to human study, Wendi moved to Utah to work for the National Children’s Study as an environmental and biological specialist at USU. Currently, she resides in Murphys California, works for a winery, owns a small gardening business, and loves the great weather! She is most proud of her two daughters (one of whom is a VVS grad ’15) and tries to keep up with their accomplishments and active lifestyles!
