You're invited to come and celebrate another wonderful Verde Valley School year with us as you spend time with incredible friends who bridge generations of alumni, reflect on VVS' phenomenal past, and enjoy the amazing setting on campus.

Reunion Start:  Thursday, June 5, 2025  2:00pm Registration Opens
Reunion End:     Sunday, June 8, 2025 Brunch (10:00am - Noon)

Reunion Pricing:
$150 Meals Only (if you are staying off campus)
$250 Camping on campus (includes meals + $100 for the weekend, no gear provided)
$350 Double dorm room 2 nights  (includes meals + $100 per night)
$450 Double dorm room  3 nights (includes meals + $100 per night)
$400 Single dorm room 2 nights (includes meals + $125 per night)
$525 Single dorm room 3 nights (includes meals + $125 per night)

Per person Reunion pricing is a fee that contributes directly to the cost of the event, and is not considered a donation.

Dorm Room Requests:

• Requests are on a first come first served basis. Do Not select a dorm room that says BOOKED, that indicates that it is already taken.
• If you are staying in a double/triple and want to select your roommate, please indicate the name of your roommate(s) on the registration form.
• Some double rooms can sleep 3 or 4 people, price remains the same.
• Refer to the dorm room chart below to select your room. You may NOT choose a room that can hold more than one person as a private room. 
• If you have any special requests (food, mobility), please indicate that on the registration form.

Notes:

• Camping on campus is dry-camping and fires are prohibited.
• Dogs must remain on leash, outdoors and waste picked up and disposed of. No pets indoors.
• Dorm rooms will come with sheets, towel, blanket and pillow if needed (bring your own if possible).
• Bring your own toiletries.
• Dorm rooms will be professionally cleaned but there is no guarantee that they will be air-conditioned or free of bugs.  Welcome back!
• By completing the registration form, I acknowledge and understand that both VVS personnel and reunion guests will take photographs and videos at reunion events. I consent to having my likeness reproduced and used by VVS.
• By completing the registration form, I confirm that I have read and consent to the terms of the Liability Release form.

Sedona is HOT in June, pack accordingly including sunscreen and a water bottle.  Air conditioning on campus is not guaranteed.
